Exact Construction Ltd. was founded in the spring of 2000, beginning as a small operation led by the owner and one dedicated employee. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a rewarding and full-scale business. In the early days, we focused on building decks, fences, garages, and small renovations. Our reputation for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction soon opened the door to larger opportunities.
By 2004 and 2005, we expanded our scope by purchasing land and constructing 12 new homes. Since then, we’ve proudly designed and built numerous custom homes throughout Fergus and the surrounding area. We have continued to serve our community with smaller projects along the way, because no job is too big or too small when it comes to bringing a vision to life.
In 2006, we had the privilege of completing a 26-unit, 27,000 sq. ft. commercial structure, marking a major milestone in our journey. Two years later, in 2008, we officially incorporated as Exact Construction Ltd., expanding both our services and our team.
Today, we offer full in-house design services, allowing us to take projects from concept to completion. Whether it’s a small deck or shed, a custom home, or a light commercial build, our commitment to quality, clear communication, and thoughtful planning ensures that every project is completed with precision and care.
